About Us
Faig Ibrahimov, owner of Master Appliance Repair, has worked as an appliance repair technician since 2003. Having worked for other appliance repair companies in the past, Faig decided to launch his own appliance repair service during the summer of 2013 in order to run things his own way:

- Affordable: running a no-frills service with limited advertising, we can beat most competitors’ pricing.
- Dedicated: as a small, reputation-focused repair outfit, our goal is to build relationships with our customers through stellar service.
- Local: based in South San Francisco, Master Appliance Repair serves residents of the Peninsula — from Daly City to Palo Alto. As a local company, we’re dedicated to Bay Area residents and have no plans to expand to other regions.
Master Appliance Repair presently consists of three appliance repair technicians and a friend who handles the business web site and online presence. When you call us, you’ll be connected directly to an appliance repair technician — often the same technician who will repair your appliance.
Meet Faig
Faig immigrated to the United States from Azerbaijan during the summer of 2003. Like most immigrants to the United States, Faig was inspired by the American Dream. His brother-in-law was able to provide an employment opportunity as an appliance repair technician, and ten years later Faig decided to start his own appliance repair service, Master Appliance Repair, to provide dedicated appliance repair services to Bay Area residents.
Faig started Master Appliance Repair to provide dedicated appliance repair services to Bay Area residents. Whereas most of Master Appliance Repair’s competition are franchises or national companies, Faig’s goal with Master Appliance Repair is more modest: he wants to build the best appliance repair company in the San Francsico Bay Area and to become a trusted source for appliance repair for his repeat and referral customers.
When Faig isn’t repairing appliances, he can often be found playing soccer, camping with friends, and cooking dishes from his childhood (mostly Azerbaijani and Turkish cuisine). He also enjoys traveling and makes a point to visit his home country at least once each year to visit friends and family.
