Faig was awesome! He fixed my Bosch washing machine in 25 minutes! And he came the same day I called him. He was actually the third person I called, the first two didn’t fix Bosch machines and the third person was booked up for two weeks. That was good news for me.

Faig was extremely competent at fixing my Bosch which apparently not everyone can do. He was also very friendly. I will definitely use Master Appliance in the future for all my appliances.

Faig is Absolutely the best! Arrived on time, clean, pleasant, knowledgable, courteous and honest. Diagnosed my dryer as probably needing a new motor, however very clearly explained that it may also involve the computer board.

Gave estimates for the motor replacement. Also estimated if a computer board was also in need of repair. Ordered the motor and a few days later replaced it and the problem was solved! I would highly recommend Faig!!!

Faig is the guy that came over and was both professional and personal. He came the same day to fix my dryer. He stayed later in the evening and got it fixed. I was surprised this morning doing a load of laundry (not my specialty) and there was a sound from the rotation. It worked but didn’t seem right.

I called and Faig came back tonight without charge to check it out. I tried to call him to not come at the last minute…. the sound was gone. He came anyway and verified things were fine. He didn’t charge me and reassured me to call anytime… that he stands behind his work! Yes he does and I felt compelled to write a review. I am glad he has other 5* reviews!!!!

I had a freezer that was leaking the past week. So l called Master Appliance Repair to schedule an appointment. They were able to come same day.

Faig was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to identify the issue quickly. He even explained the potential cause and necessary steps to avoid the problem in a future. He fixed the problem on a spot. Would definitely recommend Master Appliance Repair and will call them again for any future appliance repair work.

I needed a technician to diagnose a noise problem on a three-year-old Samsung refrigerator. Based on his five-star yelp ratings I contacted Faig. I explained what was happening and he told me what he thought the problem was. I asked him to come to the house.

He came on time, opened the refrigerator door, and seeing some ice, immediately confirmed his diagnosis. Based on what he told me I asked if I could just do nothing. He said I could try. I was sort of skeptical of his quick diagnosis, but the refrigerator quit working properly, so I called him again and asked more questions. He assured me he knew what the problem was, so I asked him to go ahead and fix it. He came back with the part at the appointed time and, sure enough, he was exactly right in his diagnosis!! The refrigerator has been running properly for the past three days.

He was prompt, accurate, friendly and reasonably priced.
